Thanks to the Bay for Christmas Day!

A huge thank you is due to all the volunteers who helped with the Christmas Lunch put on by Kirkcudbright Churches Together on Christmas Day.

It was a very well received event where people were welcomed and ate a lovely Christmas meal in a warm atmosphere of conversation and Christmas music.

A huge debt of gratitude is due to Nish and Lisa Sharman at the Kirkcudbright Bay Hotel (the Commercial as some folk will remember it), who donated and cooked the turkey and roast potatoes, made the stuffing, and bought the sprouts, peas and pigs in blankets for us wholesale but then did not charge us. What a contribution!

As a way of thanking him if you wish a drink or a meal then choose to go into the Bay as a way of thanking both Nish and Lisa, who are the host and hostess there.
