Selected Arts Showcase to feature local talent in Kirkcudbright
Art lovers are invited to explore a diverse collection of creative work at the Selected Arts Showcase, part of the Kirkcudbright Arts & Crafts Trail, taking place at Kirkcudbright Parish Church.
The exhibition will run from Friday 31 July to Monday 3 August, opening daily from 10am to 4.30pm, with Sunday opening from 12 noon to 4.30pm.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of artwork and handcrafted pieces by talented local artists and makers, reflecting the rich artistic heritage for which Kirkcudbright is renowned.
The showcase promises an inspiring display of photography, landscape paintings, fairy houses, ceramics,
personalised gifts, educational wood craft, felted goods, feather art, decoupage, and other contemporary crafts.
Admission is free, making the event accessible to everyone, while refreshments will be available in exchange for a donation.
As part of the wider Kirkcudbright Arts & Crafts Trail, the exhibition offers residents and visitors alike the opportunity to discover the area’s vibrant creative community and support local artists in one of Scotland’s best-known artistic towns.
